I remember seeing a chart for this on YT long ago, don’t know if they ever released the chart to the public though, anyone know anything about that?

They never released and they kinda went “dead”. I know you are talking about cause I was looking around for a “Want You Gone” custom before as I wanted to have both those songs to play.

Someone could maybe find the song (video should still be up) and then mark everything down so they can do it themselves and release the song. The one you mentioned was a full band and was made quite nicely done.

Ok, so Harmonix was able to put Still Alive in Rock Band but why didn’t they do the same with Want You Gone either. As a BIG Portal fan it was Awesome playing Still Alive on Rock Band 3 and I still play it, but I would REALLY love to play Want You gone on Rock Band 3 as well.

The reason “Still Alive” made it into Rock Band for free was down to Harmonix’ link with Valve – both had publishing deals with EA, so it was easy and a no-brainer. When Harmonix split from Viacom, that tie was severed.

Of course, there was nothing stopping someone from Valve charting the song for RBN – indeed, a couple of L4D2 songs made it onto the RBN if I recall correctly – but for some reason it never happened.

In other words, it could be easily done much faster via using that video and you know what… I’m gonna go ahead and download that video over night as a high quality so I can do it myself (or try to). It would be fun! Though mind if I ask… Does anybody have the album info for it so I can make the rb3con correctly?
