RB3 + Previous DLC Stopped Working

I’ve been playing customs for a while on my xbox, and this issue has never really bothered me all that much. When I switched my title update version to #4 a couple years back, all of the songs I’ve purchased as dlc, as well as RB3 songs that came with the disc stopped working, unless I use TUP 5.
Is there a way to fix this issue?
It’s not a TU4 issue, it’s a no Internet issue. You need to redownload all your DLC licenses (which means redownloading all your songs: it will just take a split second for each song because you will be effectively downloading only the license and not the file itself). You can do it from a PC or from your Xbox. Rb3 on disc songs can’t stop work, btw, the problem you’re experiencing is with DLC files.
