I decided to try out the pro bass, which was simple and fun, but there might be a charting issue. Are the fifth string opens supposed to be played on fourth? Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but if it’s an issue, hope it helps fix it.

I didn’t (and have never) charted pro g/b for that. It’s always done by columbo777. I’ll send him this way to check out what you’re saying, since I don’t even understand it.

well, since there should be no notes on strings 5/6 on bass, that indeed would be an error. Are you using the latest version from the RB PRO upgrades spreadsheet on google docs?

I believe so, yes. The one uploaded on 2013-02-09?

And I only posted TrojanNemo because that was the name associated with it. I don’t know who personally charts anything.

ok, I did see ONE bad note on Bass that used the 5th string instead of the 4th. Is that what you were referring to?

Just to be precise, I recompiled the PRO with the corrected Bass note and updated the file (same link).

I saw it at least twice. Better check all of the fourth string notes to be safe.

The “Happy Together” song in Trojan Nemo’s thread has the Pro Guitar integrated into the song. My question is if you put this newer version in the RB3 directory will the game overwrite the integrated Pro Guitar upgrade with the individual newer version file?

Pretty sure the game will still load the one in the CON.

Sounds like a job for some sort of tool that can take a pro upgrade and bundle it with an existing CON. If only such a tool existed.

The Pro Bundler is very easy to use and I did use it. I was just curious whether an individual Pro Guitar upgrade or bundled Pro Guitar upgrade would take precedence. <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
