      Lately, after weekends of partying, I’ve been feeling extremely drained and foggy for days. I don’t even drink heavily, but it feels like my body is overloaded with something. Could it be toxins building up or dehydration? Anyone here tried any kind of detox methods that really helped clear the mind and body?
