Oh. The Nightmare Night songs are hosted on C3 now. Already had PrinceWhateverer’s Nightmare Night song personally since I got it from Lyokofreaks’ thread.

    Oh and Thriller. Awesome sauce.

Yep! I’ve been slowly porting stuff over. I’ve also release 2 PRP tracks so far that are only hosted through C3. I don’t plan on updating the old thread anymore, so I’ll probably update it to point to C3’s database since that’s where the songs will end up anyway.

Well so far I’ve been C3’s J-rock guy, though I can’t say I feel tempted to author any of these tracks. I’m not a fan of most stuff that’s mainstream in the West, so the stuff I’m doing possibly won’t be your cup of tea. I’d love to do requests, but with my limited time to produce, I’m just sticking with what I want to do.

The SCANDAL song took me by surprise (pleasantly.) Another song along the same lines I’d like to see is Hyuna-Bubble Pop.

    . Sooo catchy.

Yeah, SCANDAL is a really fantastic band and this song in particular is really heavy. I haven’t listened to much K-pop, but this “Bubble Pop” song is absolutely fantastic. Thanks for sharing!

    ew no

no more pop pls ok thx

If we’re going to do Japanese music, we need good Japanese music, like The Pillows, Sex Machine Guns and songs from shows like Trigun, Gurren Lagann and maybe Eureka Seven and the last opening for Full Metal Alchemist.

Mainstream, mainstream, mainstream, mainstream, mainstream aaaaaaaaaaaaand mainstream. Is “good” Japanese music stuff that’s well-known in the West?

By the way, “we’re” not doing anything, unless I’m mistaken and you’re a C3 author. “I’m” authoring great music by well-established Japanese artists who are not necessarily mainstream in the US. But feel free to take up the task of authoring tracks from the artists and shows you listed. I would love to see more J-rock in the game.

Cool to see The Protomen requested because I was tossing around the idea of doing a song or two. I may have to give it a go.

Interesting to go with Japanese name order for Nana Mizuki when the accepted style for Japanese products is to use western order when you write a name in Romaji. Just being a sperglord here and stating my observation for the record. <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />

Yeah, I was conflicted which way I would go. I opted for the Japanese order for no particular reason even though her name appears in Western order on her albums. I may change it at some point.

There doesn’t seem to be an event for keyboard animations in Innocent Starter. I think that’s the only issue, though.

D’oh! You’re totally right. I always end up missing something. I’ll get this updated straight away.
