Hey, these look familiar. Any of the charters of these customs been able to compare their charts with Harmonix’s yet? Anything they did differently? Better? Worse? I guess at it’s core the charts will be different because of the lack of keys but still curious.

While I was there I looked through the “Most Played” section of the store and ended up getting a couple I was missing:

“The Downfall of Us All” – A Day to Remember

“A Favor House Atlantic” – Coheed and Cambria

“Crushcrushcrush” – Paramore

“MakeDamnSure” – Taking Back Sunday

When they say most played, it has nothing to do with what was most actually downloaded right? I guess they can track as long as what has been most played as long as everyone is online even just in quickplay and with no online in the game?

if they can’t bring them all back, at least bring back the songs they got ported over to the PS3. those were the only ones i owned so i would be happy with that.

SO are they announcing DLC on monday and releasing immediately now?

No I think they will only announce DLC on Monday and it will continue to be put up on Tuesdays like it was pre-RB4. MS just dropped it early on accident this week is what I have been reading.

seriously, we want weekly DLC!  i wonder if they are just going to announce that the 4 Amazon pre-order exclusive songs are now available rather than any actual new DLC.  i hope they announce some new van halen and u2 dlc early on in the release to keep the hype up!

yeah, not fixing actual bugs/issues in the game until a patch on december 6th (2 whole months after the game is out) is completely unacceptable.  they better not wait that long to fix these things.  i am really appreciative they were able to offer us most/all of our previous DLC and instrument compatibility but it seems like Harmonix just bit off more than they can chew here.

One thing I didn’t see was all the RB3-style filtering/sorting options for Quickplay. I sure hope that’s in there somewhere!

Wow I really hope you just didn’t see this and it’s there.  That would be a HUGE omission if it’s not included.  No way they brag about the 1500+ songs available then not give you any way to sort/filter them.  Also, if it’s not there, I sure hope we don’t have to wait for the first update that is 2 months AFTER the launch date.

Awesome, thanks for this.  Just a question though.  On this page it mentions it’s not a master recording.  Wouldn’t that mean it wouldn’t be multitracks then or does that just mean it’s actaully a cover and not Foghat performing the song in the Guitar Hero 3 version?

Got my XBox One digital version, downloaded and installed on my XBone ready to go.  Nice to get those 12 songs are pre-order bonuses as I was hoping XBox One digital only folks would get some good stuff too!  Also, $10+ for that adapter was a no-brainer and I ordered it the second I could finally get to pre-order.  Now I just hope it actually gets to me on launch day rather than actually just shipping out on launch day.  I am ready to get some pro-drums, triple harmony, guitar and bass action on launch day!
