What is required for song requests?

Hey!
I’m new to the site and forums. Great database of songs and artists, and even better that people are still passionate about Rockband as I am; but there are SO MANY MORE songs that I would LOVE to be able to play!
My question is: If I were to request songs (see below for list) what would be needed in order to create these songs? Can it be done with just a regular mp3 file or are the stems required from the audio file?
My song requests would be:
Sacred Mother Tongue – A Light Will Shine
Volbeat ft Mark ‘Barney’ Greenway – Evelyn
Volbeat – Still Counting
Slipknot – Devil In I
Slipknot – Sarcastrophe
Avenged Sevenfold – God Hates Us
Avenged Sevenfold – Reminissions
Lamb of God – Footprints
Lamb of God – Torches
Lamb of God – 512
Hardtail – Dirty Tricks
Hardtail – Tour of Hell
Hardtail – Lady 666
Hardtail – Suffocated
Hardtail – Legion
If someone could let me know if these are possible, or how I could go about making them myself, I’d be really grateful!!

I’ve done 512 with Guitar/Drums over at FoF, but I don’t plan to convert it, so maybe someone else will. Beard216 might do it if you ask him.

They will also have instrumentals + separated vox audio.
If someone could let me know if these are possible, or how I could go about making them myself, I’d be really grateful!!
