Okay, updated version is up. Hopefully it improves playability as it had lots of little mistakes.
February 12, 2015 at 9:08 am #438198Awesome! I’ll have to give it a spin this weekend. Thanks
February 16, 2015 at 11:59 pm #438552I played it this weekend and everything is fixed except for one lyric.
Chorus 2
Chart – Say no way say no pay ya no way
Correct – Say no way say no way ya no way
Other than that, everything is good. Even the pitches were good. Thanks for fixing it!
March 11, 2015 at 6:59 pm #440419Well, it’s been a while. So here’s the first new pack of the year.
One-Hit Wonders 3-Pack (March 11, 2015)
Sorry, no vocals this time around. I wanted these out last month, not stuck in limbo.
“Anything, Anything” is a favorite around here. Hopefully the weird drum beat didn’t throw off the tempo map too much. This is probably the oldest song I plan on authoring.
“Hey Jealousy” has been high on my list just for the fun guitar sections. Very fun and average chart.
“Mrs. Robinson”, by The Lemonheads is a great, fast cover of a classic song. You’ve probably heard this one at the end of American Pie 2 or The Wolf of Wall Street. The bass sounds fun on this one.
There’s another thing these songs all have in common: they all have one vocal part, it seems. And annoying drums to chart. Feedback on those would be great.
March 11, 2015 at 9:57 pm #440429Good call. I love all 3 songs. I wouldnt say that Gin Blossoms are a 1 hit wonder. They had a couple of great singles. Till I hear It From You, Until I Fall Away and my personal favorite Found Out About You!

March 11, 2015 at 11:08 pm #440433Awesome 3 pack. Dramarama in particular!
March 12, 2015 at 12:01 am #440438Very glad to see “Mrs Robinson”. I’m surprised it took this long for somebody to do it.
March 12, 2015 at 9:03 pm #440487I would kill for Hey Jealousy to get vocalsi second that….

i hope to see some vocals for mrs. robinson one of these days…
March 12, 2015 at 10:37 pm #440497Glad I caught this mistake now. Redownload “Hey Jealousy” if you got it already. Accidentally used an old audio render that caused it to desync with the chart.

Good call. Also, Follow You Down. I just saw the drums only on Canucks customs thread. They made some good tunes.
March 13, 2015 at 6:35 pm #440563Thank you for “Hey Jealousy”! Awesome song. Hope there are more Gin Blossoms songs in the future. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
May 6, 2015 at 6:02 am #444741Here’s something I haven’t done in a while. Release FIVE customs at once. I don’t like this because half of them were ready and sitting there for so long. So, enjoy! Maybe I can try a rapid release this month, if I can.
First off, two more tracks from the new Smash Bros. “Mega Man 2 Medley” and “Quick Man Stage” are great remixes to some classic tunes. Definitely pandering to that fanbase. Here are full band previews for those two.
“Everywhere”, by Michelle Branch is a great little commercial pop-rock song. Does anyone remember hearing this during those Chase bank TV ads that aired some years back? Then I heard this song again at a Burger King and felt it was a right fit for the game. And vocals+harmones as well! I don’t know how I managed it.
“It’s Not All About You” is one of those songs I wish was released as RB3 DLC back then. It’s one of the earliest songs I remember hearing when it was new. Would have been good for a Pro Guitar upgrade. This song has a bass solo as well!
“Dark Horses” is the first song by Switchfoot that I heard. Then I didn’t hear much about it again. Those quiet piano parts are great, but probably not so much on the accuracy of the Pro Keys chart, I think. The song is very drum and bass driven apparently.
Please report any problems. It still feels like they could use some more edits, but it’s enough for now.
