Song upgrading help

This is my first time upgrading a song. I was wondering is there anything else besides upgrading it in upgrade bundler. Ifso what is it?
If you’ve got an upgrade file, upgrading it in the bundler is the main step. In case you’ve used the original file on your 360, either remove that from your library from within the game, or delete your cache, or any changes in the song metadata (songs.dta and upgrades.dta) won’t be reflected in the game, leaving you without any new instruments to enjoy. Otherwise, you’re good to go.
