Song changes when I upload Clone Hero file

Hi everyone –
I always start off uploading a rb3con file for my songs; however, I also want to upload zip files for Clone Hero. When I do so, though, the difficulty of the guitar part changes on the DB page and it says there is no guitar part available. How do I go about fixing this? Am I doing something wrong?
