I could not believe my eyes, when I saw songs from Eloy and also from their best album Ocean.
I did not think anybody here had heard about this band, so I was so amazed to see these.
But….drums only and so no bass.
If there ever be an bass and guitar upgrade….that would be the day.
I’ve been listening to Eloy for a number of years now. Probably one of the first few bands I listened to when I was getting into Prog
Getting the Eloy done was discussed in my WIP thread, and I’ve wanted to upgrade my two charts for some time now. The request to get them out was sudden; I was still busy with a mess of other things. They’ll be upgraded eventually, but not until I unload some more stuff.
January 13, 2017 at 12:50 pm #480155That would be awesome!!
I remember these days. Never heard music like that before and I was Hooked.
Later I discovered Pink Floyd and did hear were Eloy got some inspiration (silent cries and mighty echoes).
Please Let is know when you’re upgrading these songs.
Cant wait! And cannot Tell you how exiting I am ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
January 13, 2017 at 4:43 pm #480163January 18, 2017 at 2:06 am #4803303 pack of Iron Fackin Maiden coming at ya courtesy of NSW1-6 and Me. 3 singles from 3 different albums released 4 years apart from each other. Let’s mosh right into the releases.
Losfer Words happens to be the very last instrumental song Iron Maiden has recorded till this day. Pro Guitar/Bass are expert only difficulty but all legacy instruments have CAT reductions.

The Evil That Men Do is probably the most well known song out of the 3 released today. The reason because no Pro Guitar included is because the guitar chart is a mix of two guitars and none of the tabs are reliable. There is keys in the intro and pre chorus but it didn’t justify enough to include them. There is one harmony phrase at the end of the song and again wasn’t enough to justify to include it.

Afraid to Shoot Strangers is a great song off of Fear of the Dark that starts off very slow and then picks up mid way with 2 guitar solos. This song has synth which follows the main melody of the song but I opted not to chart it because it just isn’t that prominent to bother.

Me and NSW1-6 already have plans to work on more Iron Maiden songs so be patient in the next coming months. This is another band that truly could of had it’s own standalone game due to how much great content they have over their 35+ year career. I’ll catch ya later.
January 18, 2017 at 2:57 am #480332Wow, that’s a nice surprise
January 18, 2017 at 11:32 am #480341Sweet! Three more classic Maiden songs added to the library. Thank you and Up the Irons!
January 25, 2017 at 5:27 am #480549Welcoming the return of Meander to the charting scene I hereby bestow this pack of songs from the amazing spin off series to Megaman or Rockman in japan. The Megaman X series spanned 8 main games starting on the SNES all the way to the PS2. Most of these tracks come from the Maverick Rising album published by Overclock Remix. Each game in the series is being represented by these releases. Whether your fond to the SNES games 1-3, the PS1 games 4-6, or the PS2 games 7 and 8 there is something for everybody to enjoy. All of these tracks are instrumentals and very challenging on every instrument. Thanks to Beard216 for doing CAT reductions! It would be killer to see a Megaman X9 game afloat on current systems but that has a very slim chance of happening with Kenji Inafune not with Capcom anymore. Charge up that mega buster………….HERE WE GO!

January 28, 2017 at 6:15 pm #480677Oh man, I played the hell out of those games in middle and high school. Especially glad to see Our Blood Boils- the first time I heard it, I thought “that song needs to be in Rock Band”.

I didn’t get into the series until about X5 came out on the PS1 and then I immediately played the previous games in the series to catch up. Glad to help bring Megaman X songs into the game.
January 29, 2017 at 4:18 pm #480719Big fan of the X series. Thanks for bringing these songs to RB!
January 30, 2017 at 5:23 am #480745I was going to say “hey, someone did some of these already”, but then it turns out these are some hard covers. Tough stuff.

TAxxOUTBR3AKxx did some X1 and X2 compilation tracks a while back.
February 8, 2017 at 3:46 am #481145Today I have upgrades to pre existing drum only customs. The Mars Volta “Tremulant” EP now has guitar and bass courtesy of MrBurpler. He also polished up the 1X drum charts and I believe did CAT reductions. I added overdrive and compiled.
