Hi peps. I have a lot of great customs that have no vocals. I was wondering can you just add a vocal track with no pitching just one max range and just add the lyrics. Not sure how this authoring stuff works. If so how can you add it an existing song?

There is plenty of documentation, you are literally in the subforum to learn to author, start with basic tutorials and work your way from there.
