Question about the activator for MS Office

I am not a frequent user of pirated software, but I always need Microsoft Office. On the new PC, the first thing I did was install Office 2016 via torrent. Everything went well – Office was activated and installed, and it works without problems.
Now I have only one question: if I used a KMS script for activation, can it somehow harm the computer in the future? The antivirus did not find anything after activation when I turned it on again. Maybe I should just leave everything as is, since everything works?
