Overdrive & Drum Fills

I’m not entirely sure about these so I have to ask.
How often I should put overdrive? RBN docs says every 10 measures.
Also, how many measures are in between overdrive and drum fills? And how often drum fills should be authored? Every 4 measures?
10 measures is usually fine, you always have to check in game though because the BEAT track influences OD consumption. Don’t have OD notes touch activation fill notes. Activation fills every 4 measures makes sense but you want to have the activation fills follow the flow of the songs, you can let the original drummer’s fills guide you for that.
