On disc songs from previous games that didn’t make it to RB3

There are quite a few songs that weren’t included when you transferred RB1 & 2 songs onto your hard drive.
Would it be easy to release the ones that didn’t make it as customs, or would they have to be made from scratch?
Apologies if this has been asked before – I miss Run to the hills, Any way you want it etc
