Gonna make this thread here to show off my customs. They aren’t up to C3 standards with venue and animations, but they are playable with decent charts. My charts are not really “accurate” but are more for the fun factor, so people aren’t bored playing one instrument over another. If you’re looking for polished Harmonix style customs, this thread isn’t for you. But, if you’re looking for fun-to-play customs, you’re at the right place.
“VIDEO GAMES” Sorting: The video game themes will not have the correct artist listed. They will be listed under the artist “Video Games” because I have done over 50+ video game themes so in order to find them more easily, just go to the artist, “Video Games”, instead of jumping around from artist to artist, they are all in one spot. If you wish to have the correct artist listed, fix it in CON Tools by extracting the .dat file, putting it into notebook, change the artist, save, and replace the file and save it BEFORE putting it on your console. Other things that are sorted by type: WWF entrance themes, James Bond songs, Disney songs.
Overdrives: my songs are overly gold star-able. Because, why not?
Instruments: Most of my customs will for sure have Guitar and Vocals, because I play with another person who sings while I guitar, so those are the 2 instruments I’m most concerned with. With that said, so far I’ve been very good with doing full band songs if applicable. So most of my songs will be full band, because my OCD won’t let me leave an instrument uncharted if it’s there. Some of the video game themes that have a vocal chart, aren’t words, just the medley to follow along.

GHtoRB3 and HMX DLC 2X Bass Pedal Upgrades
I really wanted some of the EXPERT + versions of some of these songs available to play, so I took the originals done by GHtoRB3 and added X2 bass to them. Everything in the previous versions are the same, and thanks to teachings from TrojanNemo, they ARE multitrack. Some of these I haven’t played in game yet so if there’s any problems with these let me know please.

{C}http://www.mediafire.com/download/qrxr8 … ls2xbassv2{C}Guitar Hero Conversions: Due to what seems to be the death of the GHtoRB3 project, I wanted to get some of the few remaining converts out of the way for my own benefit with no plans to share with anyone, but recently decided to. DISCLAIMER ABOUT THESE: Please note that these conversions I did were originally intended to be just for me, but I decided to share, because some people aren’t as particular about quality, just like me, I don’t care, I just wanna play the song. With that said, These are NOT up to RBN 2.0 or C3 or GHtoRB3 standards. For all intents and purposes,these suck compared to what the other people who did converts do with the song. All Difficulties are here, and there’s overdrives like crazy, just like how I do my video game customs. There’s a few things that are in the GHtoRB3 versions of converts that will NOT be in my versions which I will list next. And also please note that EVERY Conversion I do will from this point forward will also be missing the following features:
1. NO MULTITRACK Sorry, but it’s not a big deal to me to have multitrack so I rendered it all into one track instead of multiple. It makes the files much larger, and takes more time to render each track into a .WAV to plug into magma.
2. No Venue’s, No practice sessions.
3. No Harmonies/Keys added, these are straight up from the GH Midi.
4. The drums charts may possibly be missing Pro Tom hits, but I’m going to try my hardest to make a pass through drums in reaper and place markers to make it ok and sorta accurate.
5. Lyric capitalization for vocals will be off due to combining of multiple short phases into one long one for Rock Band.
6. The 1/64 space between sustains for Rock Band songs on guitar and bass aren’t present, so one note goes right into another without a space. (this one bugs me sometimes, but didn’t wanna change)Now that I’ve got that out of the way, they can still be fun to play and in my opinion for the moment, are better than nothing, but not perfect, and like I said they have E-X difficulties and overdrives. I will keep these posted until someone else does a better version or if GHtoRB3 comes back. I HIGHLY recommend if someone comes out with a better version, delete mine and download theirs, because mine will be shite in comparison. Also one last thing NO REQUESTS FOR OTHER CONVERTS I’m doing only what I want, and sharing with you.

Thank you so much for providing 2x Bass Pedal versions, I felt that was the only thing GHtoRB3 was missing. Just one question – is Wherever I May Roam the GHM chart or the GH:WoR chart? (The WoR chart had extra kicks charted.)
To the C3 guys – you should think about including these in a future release as FtV songs.

They probably have the same ID’s. Would be great if this was fixed. Thanks
To DVD: I believe it’s the GH:M version, at least its the one I downloaded from GHtoRB3, nbot sure which one they used.
To Sideshow: Really? I did change the Song ID for all of them in notepad using the .dta file to “inserttracknamex2” Do any of them keep the original or are all them replaced by X2? I get rid of my single version pedal when using these so I didn’t even notice, but I though changing the songid would do the trick I thought, unless there’s something else besides the song ID I need to change? maybe the location of the song like “songs/pullmeunder/pullmeunder” to “songs/pullmeunderx2/pullmeunderx2”? can anyone confirm that it would do any help?
File name has to change and song id has to change. Song is is found twice in the songs dta file. Both next to song_id as well as it is the very first line of the songs dta file

No. Your songs dta file starts with a word…ie far_liveandletdie. Then down next to song_id you have again far_liveandletdie. ..change both
