Holy crap that’s some variety.

 

A note on preview videos: it seems that audio levels are being blown occasionally. I worry that people will listen and think, “Man, that stuff sounds crappy: why would I want it?”

 

(reminiscent of the old distorted levels in official RBN track previews… a shame…)

The keys seem a little undercharted though, unless I’m mistaken.

Also, I may be mistaken, but I thought the “you’re” in the chorus of Everything was actually “your”? As in “you make me sing your every line, your every word…”?

I think Nemo changed the keys a bit before release (but after the video).

Keys were charted using the official sheet music and the audio stems. They’re not undercharted, but in following with the RBN2.0 rules, they only have the RH part. Sometimes you hear the LH part but won’t play it. Best way to check this is to isolate the keyboard stem and play along.

Thanks! I will finally pick up and try out those Keane songs as well as The Fray song. Hopefully, we can get a few more Fray songs at some point!

Was left hand in range to be charted while playing right?

Regardless of whether it is, the rules say not to chart it. I have done so when otherwise there isn’t anything going on om the rh but in this case rh never stops. I actually felt like it was overcharted when playing it in the final mix but with the keys isolated its fine.

Big juicy props to DVDSmith on Live & Learn. If I’m not mistaken, there’s alot changed form his earlier Youtube release and plays much nicer!
