Title, basically. I’ve finally gotten around to uploading two customs that I completed a while back, so I went onto C3 Universe and after some time of searching, I’m stuck on trying to upgrade my account so I can upload my songs.
EDIT: I checked the site again on my phone and experienced the same issue.
EDIT #2: Following http://cp.c3universe.com/filemanager just takes me to the Global Stats page.
EDIT #3: And now the link works as intended. Something must’ve happened while I was away.
I like pop, I like soul, I like rock, but I never liked disco.
Should be here. If you are not informed that you’ve reached your limits, try uploading a file. That will most likely lead the site to prompt you to request an upgrade.

Thanks for the link, but it redirects me to the Global Stats tab.

And you are logged in? How many tabs do you see at the top of the screen?
Sounds like an entirely different problem altogether.

I logged back in just now and the file manager tab just appeared right next to “your collection”. Seems to have worked itself out.

In case any one else encounters the problem I had, I thought I’d drop it here.
The request an upgrade button that should appear on the left side of the file manager screen was not appearing for me (waited over a month just in case).
Switched from google chrome where it wasn’t appearing to Microsoft Edge (only other browser I have), and it appears. Some sort of black magic.
For awhile I experienced the same issue, I saw the button after zooming out in my Firefox browser. Now I use Chrome and it shows up like normal.
