    Hi people.

I bought a new xbox with freestyledash, reset glitch. Just to play rock band 3 on it.

I wanted to get all the songs possible in it, but when i try to load some of the songs into it, they appear but never leave the Loading screen after I choose the instruments difficulty.

I’m using con files and tried live files as well but the result is the same, does anyone know what’s going on? thx

tried without any TU and appeared a message that i had a save file in a newer version of the game, so the TU is working. But with or without it, it’s the same thing. The songs appear in the list (doesn’t matter if live or con files, it happens to both), but when i try to play it, the stays in the Loading screen, I use 360 content manager and I’m loading the files via FTP.

Maybe try with custom songs and someone might be able to help you. Right now you have two DLC songs besides the on disc songs, and it clearly sounds like those were pirated. Nobody’s going to help you with that.

I had a whole bunch of customs, I just downloaded this two to test if LIVE files would crash the same way.

You might want to show that on your screenshots.

In any case, that error you’re describing I’ve only seen related to bad encryption on the audio file. It’s not something that should be happening with customs and definitely not with DLC, pirated or official.

It may have something to do with your Xbox’s hacked firmware, I don’t know. It’s not a customs problem.

Does the audio preview in quickplay? If it does then it shouldn’t be an encryption problem.

The only other thing that comes to mind is the motherboard type. I heard there was a glitch that makes RB3 and Blitz unplayable on Corona motherboards but I don’t know the specifics.

I would say try playing these songs in Blitz and see if you get the same problem.

no audio preview in quickplay, mught be encryption problem. :/

some of the songs that i have, like Foster the people – Houdini, it works.

I opened it with c3 tools and said that had no encryption, the other ones that i tried are encrypted

But it can’t be encryption because there has never been a reported case of C3’s encryption not working with the Xbox, AND more importantly, you have the same problem with the official DLC, which has a different encryption.

So it’s not the encryption itself, but something in your game preventing the game from processing the audio and/or decrypting it.

Not sure if you are still around but you could have a setting called “contpatch” enabled in dashlaunch. If you open the launch.ini file on the root of your hard drive with notepad you should see it. Setting it to false it might solve your problem.
