Great work as always, Funky!
September 12, 2014 at 12:29 am #429025I really appreciate the kind words guys.
Things have been going a little slower lately. Doing the album took a lot out of me, and my current standards make the production time for each song a lot longer. Before, I would just take oscar’s guitar charts and polish them up. But now I’m committed to making sure every chord is in the right spot, and the solo is as accurate as you can get for a 5 lane instrument, down to each note. I really wish I could go back to the days of releasing a few tracks a week, but I’ve become much more focused on getting it right the first time, regardless of how long it takes.
Even though I’m taking longer now, you can at least choose from any of the sixty! full band AC/DC tracks currently available in the game. I never thought I would say that. Sixty. 39 from me, 19 from Harmonix, and 2 from farottone. I’m glad the band has a decent following here, so I can somewhat justify my obsession.
September 18, 2014 at 11:59 pm #429441Thanks for the Highway to Hell update! Love that you put it in an easy to download pack. Keep up the awesome work, highly appreciated!
September 19, 2014 at 6:06 pm #429501New release!
I think I may be warming up to this album a little bit more. I think someone may have requested this one sometime in the past. I thought I’d give it a go. It’s surprisingly fun across all instruments. The lyrics are almost reminiscent of a Bon track.
This continues my new method of including rhythm guitar for a full band experience. I spent a lot of time on this one, and tested it thoroughly to make sure I get it right the first time. Short of pitching the vocals, I think this would be pretty close to a C3 release.
I hope you guys enjoy this one. I will probably take a break from new FB releases for awhile. Expect to see some more fully polished updates to some of my older songs, both AC/DC and not.
September 19, 2014 at 8:27 pm #429515Thank you Funky. That was my most wanted AC/DC track. You Rock.

Much appreciated!!
September 24, 2014 at 10:48 pm #429818A pair of remasters today. Both of my tracks from the Ballbreaker album.
I don’t want to go over every detail, but I can say that Hard as a Rock is drastically different. It has a new tempo map, and the main riff was charted terribly before. The new one plays more like the actual tab. Also the solo has some solid improvements. The song originally had rhythm included, but it was before I really understood how to pick out Malcolm’s guitar. The old version sucked big time. Much nicer now. Also, the vocals have been completely redone. I apologize to anyone who had tried to sing it before. It was a poorly aligned mess.
Whiskey on the Rocks has some considerable changes too. The main riff is now a little more ‘finger friendly’, and the inconsistent note length has been fixed. Also now has rhythm guitar.
Also can be downloaded as an album “pack” if you prefer.
By the way, if you’re getting lost on which AC/DC tracks have been “remastered” and have that nice bit of polish on them, just look at the track time in visualizer picture. Green means it’s up to my standards. Silver means not yet.
That’s all for now. Expect even more remastered AC/DC tracks soon. Maybe some Bon Scott with a little surprise included?

I like surprises!!! Good job on the new versions, much appreciated
September 26, 2014 at 3:06 pm #429940This is always such an awesome project. Hopefully someday a good vocals charter will jump in and pitch a bunch of these so they can be officially released through C3!
September 26, 2014 at 6:34 pm #429952Another slew of remasters for the weekend.. with a little something extra.
My three tracks from the T.N.T. album. All now have rhythm guitar. All have received significant fixes and improvements. And thanks to the generous Colonel 32dll, The title track now has pitched vocals and harmonies! It was intended to be a C3 release, but it wasn’t picked up. Thankfully you can enjoy it here.
The songs are also available as a 3-pack.
Thanks to everyone who has been supporting my project. I will continue to bring more remasters, as there are still a handful of tracks left to do. But also get ready for a new track. Like actually new. The band has announced a new album “Rock or Bust” due out December 2. A sample of what will most likely be their first single, “Play Ball”, is being used
for the upcoming MLB playoffs. You can bet without a doubt I will get that out fast once it’s released.
