I heard you like metal.
So here is the followup to my Metalworks pack, featuring 5 songs of various styles and periods. One of them is not metal per se, but it’s hard enough to qualify.
No trailer this time unfortunately, but the goods are here.
I always found Rosenrot to be an underrated album in Rammstein’s discography. It’s not groundbreaking or ahead of its time, but it’s great. Here is the second single off the album of the same name, about a guy falling to his death when trying to get a rose for his girlfriend.
The early 80s were a dark period for Alice Cooper. He had severe problems with alcohol and eventually found peace through rehab and golf. This opening track is part of his “forgotten trilogy”, the three albums he has no recall of recording. They are great nonetheless, as this track proves.
Ghost has sent stuff through the roof with their latest album Prequelle. It’s a great album, even despise being very different from their earlier works. Here is the epic closing track which is already enough of itself to justify Kerrang!’s album of the year award.
With both Lemmy’s birth and death anniversaries coming up, I thought it would be good to pay tribute to another group who was struck by cancer. No Class is pure Motörhead energy: Rock N Roll vibes but louder than everyone else!

Once again, Lana nails the emotion of her music like very few can, with low undertones in her voice followed by hauntingly stretched vocal notes that ensure you drift into her world. Love has quickly become one of my favorites from her to sing and today you can now do the same.
