Everytime i click on the download link for the C# tools it gives me an xml error and wont download it where can i find the C3 tools?

This is a link to every possible download you could ever want for creating your own customs (and also the C3 CON tools which are very helpful for putting customs onto a USB):

Have a look through there and see if what you are looking for is there. I tried downloading a few things and it seems to work fine for me.
