Maybe someone has encountered this problem and can help me solve it. In short, I am the owner of a store with lamps and chandeliers. I recently started selling online and came across the fact that people often started returning the goods. Justifying this by saying that it still does not fit their interior or the chandelier is too low, and so on. I do not know how to solve this problem. Maybe there are some services with augmented reality.
Maybe you have so many returns because the photos don’t convey the dimensions of the product? Or maybe the dimensions are listed incorrectly? I am a 3D designer, I recently took courses on the use of 3D design on business websites. There is such a direction as AR for retail, with the help of which buyers can, so to speak, “try on” the product in their interior. I am sure that this will definitely not only stop the return of your product, but will also definitely increase sales.
