Here is one of Rush’s more soft-spoken singles. In a way, it’s sort of a title track for the Hold Your Fire album (the song begins with those three exact words, lol).
This masterpiece centers around how most people live their lives with a “grass is greener on the other side of the fence” mentality; they always think the next person has a less stressful and more ideal lifestyle than they do. In a way, this actually goes hand in hand with DoNotPassGo’s release just before this one in that life is indeed a “Grand Illusion,” because “deep inside we’re all the same”

So, last night I had a chat with Nemo and I wanted to bring to your attention something really wonderful. As you might know he and his fmaily live in Florida and had to go through Irma earlier this year and they were already preoccupied with dealing with the fallout of that event. Even with that, Nemo has just informed me that he will donate a gigantic 10% of the amount the donations will have reached on December 25th, up to 500 dollars! He said so in private but I couldn’t keep it to myself, so here it is! You already knew he is awesome, now you too know he and his family have a heart of gold.
