Wii official songs? No. Wii customs? They start out as CON songs, so there’s your answer. You’ll probably get more help on the Wii thread.

January 28, 2016 at 4:00 am #462673I’d like to request of you can read from the 360 cache or from con files (dropped on setlist manager) the number of pitched & unpitched notes in vocals. Then add as 2 columns or a percentage of pitched notes in the song. I don’t see the need to harmony parts.
This would help in finding those songs without pitched vocals.
January 28, 2016 at 4:05 am #462674You’re mixing a lot of things there.
Song cache only has metadata. What you’re asking would require access to the song’s MIDI file so that’s not part of the song cache.
Setlist Manager the stand alone app does not access CON files but Setlist Manager in C3 CON Tools still does.
Doesn’t Song Analyzer provide this information in one way or another already?

OK I understand that. Yes song analyzer does, one at a time. I was looking to see the data for all/a lot of songs in one place and to export etc. Of there are more requests for this then you can decide of you want to proceed.
Thanks
January 28, 2016 at 3:02 pm #462682Well yeah, it can be added as a batch function to Song Analyzer like it does now for finding specific lyrics in songs or for finding songs without pro drum markers, but it’s never going to be part of Setlist Manager since that information is simply not available except in the MIDI file. Like you said, if I get more requests for it I’ll implement it.
January 30, 2016 at 3:28 pm #462781Hello !
First of all, sorry for English “google”.Thank you for your work on this site that I provided last year by hundred fun time on Phase Shift!
I have a question (maybe you have ever been asked but I do not speak English it would be hard to look on your forum):
Can we recover Official dlc bought a Wii or Xbox 360 to convert shift on stage?
If I understand after my test of C3 CON Tools, the music track in .mogg is encrypted. Is it possible to replace it with an mp3 to play on Phase Shift with my real e-drum?I bought a lot in dlc wii, but I have not managed to get the dlc (I got probably taken ill) and is the end of life (the CD player is broken and my cd RB3 is too scratched). I did my tests with a xbox360 dlc bought for the occasion (it surprised me to buy a dlc without the game via the link you give in beta song database, but it is really possible ^^)
If this operation is not possible, and if I understood it, I’ll have to find RB3 version of EA (my xbox is not modded)? I should redeem the dlc interests me but it is not death.
Thank you in advance for your clarification.
January 30, 2016 at 3:56 pm #462784It sounds to me like you want to take official Wii DLC and convert it to be used with Phase Shift. That is very clearly against the rules of these forums. Do not ask again or you will be banned.
Si te entiendo bien, estas preguntando como tomar canciones oficiales del Wii y convertirlas para usar con Phase Shift. Ese tipo de conversación esta prohibida en estos foros. No preguntes de nuevo o seras bloqueado.
February 23, 2016 at 10:05 pm #464004Yesterday’s update for Windows Defender (windows 10 – 2/22/16 definitions) thinks that C3 is a trojan.

Redownloaded and as it was extracting again, windows defender quarantined it immediately.
Houston I think we have a problem.

I can’t even find any information on Fethar.B!plock or even just Fethar as a trojan, but this is certainly a step up from Norton saying it’s a virus based on its lack of reputation alone.
You can run the file on VirusTotal.com to see what the majority of companies say:
Or upload it yourself and run your own analysis. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
And this is an interesting read:
https://www.jitbit.com/alexblog/212-why-developers-hate-antiviruses/
Because if your software has some kind of copy-protection built-in (encrypts and stores serial numbers, hides parts of the source code to protect from reverse engineering etc.) – an antivirus will most likely detect some “very dangerous” trojan.
There’s definitely a lot of that going on here, since there’s encryption, decryption, and code obfuscation going on.
Fuck Windows Defender.
February 24, 2016 at 2:17 am #464019Don’t you know, only the operating system provider is allowed to run encrypted, obfuscated code.
Unless you give them money.

March 1, 2016 at 11:01 am #464356Hi, I like the new additions in v3.9.5
Now in v3.9.5 when dropping multiple con files on setlist manager, I get an OK dialog prompt “..adding 1 of 1 song” and have to click OK repeatedly for however many files I dropped at once. I didn’t do this in v3.9.4
Also, has there been any interest/requests for adding the pitched/unpitched vocals search as a batch function to Song Analyzer?
March 4, 2016 at 6:19 pm #464659Awesome – thanks as always for listening! My life just got easier…
March 5, 2016 at 4:32 am #464677Is this a problem in v3.9.5 or just me?
I can’t right click to add songs from magma to rb2usb.
I complied a song in magmac3 and click send to rb2usb, c3 tools start. I open my drive, there are no files yet. But I can’t right click, no menu appears. If I drag a file from explorer on rb2usb it adds it. Only then does right click work, then I add my magma song.
I tried again, open drive with one song, all good. But remove that one song, and no right click menu.
Cheers.
